We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our Sales team. The Sales Order Processing Clerk will be the link between our valued customers and warehouse operations. This role requires attention to customer needs, accuracy when processing orders and a passion for customer service, in a fast-paced environment.
We require a team member who can work independently as well as collaborate with various departments while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
The suitable candidate should possess the self-confidence and ability to think and operate at a strategic level.We are hyper-focussed on the customer experience, which drives every decision, process, and task
Experience, qualifications, and skills:
- National Senior Certificate qualification (Grade 12)
- Minimum 2 years’ demonstratable experience
- Knowledge of production stages
- Bilingual English/Afrikaans
- Well-spoken with excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated and customer-orientated
- Good time management skills
- Preferable experience in hospitality package industry
- Product training will be provided
- The ideal candidate must be a South African citizen who is able to commute to our premises in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town.
